Group Yoga Classes near Cobham

I teach friendly, inclusive yoga classes in local halls around Cobham.


Classes run in series during term time rather than as casual drop-ins. This structure supports consistent practice, so you can feel your progress and I can plan thoughtfully to help you grow and progress over time.


You can choose between:


  • Strong Hatha Vinyasa Flow– A dynamic, open-level class on weekday evenings and mornings
  • Gentle Flow– A slower-paced Saturday morning class, suitable for Beginners and for those wanting to move with more ease and calm


Each series runs for 5 or 6 weeks, with an early bird discount for advance booking. If you can’t make every week, smaller class packs are available. You are also welcome to swap into another class I teach at the same hall, depending on availability, but please note that the Saturday class isn't currently available as a make-up option for missed weekday sessions.


If you're new and the current series has already started, just get in touch—I'll do my best to help you join in.
