What to expect

A slower, more spacious practice for yogis who want to move mindfully without the pressure of peak poses or challenging variations.


Each week will blend safe, aligned movement with breathwork and relaxation: we begin each class with a grounding centering and breathwork, then ease into gentle flowing movement designed to strengthen and mobilise.


The class closes with an extended rest and a short, guided meditation to leave you feeling centred and calm.

This class isn’t about doing more—it’s about being more present.


Perfect for Beginners, or those returning to their practice following a break, injury, or those seeking a gentler start to settle into the weekend.


Whether you're brand new to yoga or simply craving softness, this class offers a supportive space to explore what feels good in your body — with no pressure and no expectations

Class Credits & Attendance Policy

I teach in a series of classes, rather than casual drop ins.


I'm unable to offer refunds or transfers into future series or events for any unused credits, including for the 6 September launch class drop-in.


However, if you're unable to attend a class, you're welcome to send a friend in your place.


For those who know they can't attend all dates, smaller class packs (3 or 4 credits) are also available.


Please note that this class is not currently available as a make-up option for missed weekday sessions. I may occasionally allow swaps into a weekday class at a different hall, but please keep in mind that the Tuesday evening and Friday morning classes at Stoke d’Abernon Village Hall are a different format (Strong Hatha Vinyasa Flow – open level). Swaps are subject to availability.
