What to expect for the Flow & Let Go retreat
Time to recharge the mind and body in an uplifting, 80 min Flow and nourish the soul with 80 min Letting Go - Restorative, Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) & mini Chrystal Sound journey
Refreshments (tea & home made cake) are provided during the break & Ticket includes a goodie bag with Dave's hand made soap.
Open to all levels. Bring your own mat and 2 big bed pillows or a bolster, blanket & eye pillow. I have limited spare equipment, but please let me know beforehand if you need to borrow anything

Please note that the only way to reserve your spot is by booking online & paying. I will close bookings Friday night before the Sunday retreat to allow me enough time to prepare food, props & goodie bags.
Numbers have been much reduced and unpredictable, I reserve the right to cancel a session should I not get a big enough sign up to make this event financially viable, in which case you will get a full refund.
