This 5-week Foundations of Yoga Course is perfect for you! Begin your year with the gift of yoga and discover the benefits it can bring to your life.
Held at the beautiful, newly rebuilt Oxshott Community Hub this course offers a welcoming space to dive into yoga.
This course is designed for beginners, those with injuries, and anyone wanting a refresher on yoga fundamentals.
Each week builds on the previous to create a strong foundation for continued practice.
By the end of the course, you'll feel confident stepping into open level yoga classes
Kat is an experienced and fully insured yoga teacher (E-RYT), with over 2,500 teaching hours.
She is experienced in working with students with varying ability, injuries and 'tight' bodies.
Kat offers friendly, fun, and well-aligned yoga classes with personal attention and encouragement.
Each week will blend safe, aligned movement with breathwork and relaxation.
Throughout the course, you’ll explore foundational poses, practice mindfulness, and have some fun along the way in a warm, community-based setting.
