Kat's two most favourite ways to spend her time: yoga and hiking

Kat is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (EYT) in Surrey, UK. Having practiced yoga since 2013, Kat certified as a hatha yoga teacher (RYT 200 hours), with additional Yin and Vinyasa training in 2019.

In 2020 Kat additionally completed a further 200 hour Anusara Elements™ training, and in June built on her interest in anatomy and strength by certifying as an Functional Range Conditioning® Mobility Specialist (FRCms). 

In 2022 Kat had to take a break for breast cancer treatment, and returned to teach in January 2023.

Having accumulated over 900 training hours and 2,500 teaching hours, in 2024 Kat is expanding her skills further as Assistant Teacher on the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Julee Yew at Ebb & Flow.

She loves teaching yoga, loves being on the mat as much as being outside, and combines yoga and the great outdoors whenever she can.

Kat teaches corporates, groups and private clients in vinyasa, hatha flow, hot yoga, yin, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound meditation as well as FRC® Mobility.

She believes yoga is truly for every body, and whether you want to build strength, get more flexible, are working with injuries or wish to explore a more mindful practice, she has something on offer for you.

Kat currently teaches hall yoga classes at Stoke d'Abernon Village Hall, Half Day retreats in Oxshott, and Sound Baths in Cobham & Oxshott, as well as privates in Surrey, and corporate yoga events and regular classes across London and Surrey.
